Payment Mode

1. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method at the payment page for all items listed on the website whether shipped from our warehouse or seller fulfilled items

1) You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash at the time of the delivery. We do not accept payment by cheque, DD, Credit/Debit card for orders placed as COD at the time of delivery.

2) There are certain areas where COD option is not available this is due to limitations of courier services we use. 

3) If you choose COD option then cash handling charges of Rs 40 extra will be applicable which will be collected by courier boy from your location.

4) Your first order as COD at clothlelo will be verified through a call before shipment, get ready to confirm the order to our customer care unit.

5) Cash on Delivery will not be available if your order value exceeds Rs. 10,000

Note : if you choose COD option for payment and when product is delivered to your location and if you refuse to take that product or place fake order by giving wrong address then your account will be blocked permanently
