Return Policy

We try to provide the product which you are seeing on this website, every photo provided is without photoshop and editing, due to which the consumer will not have any problem in understanding the quality of the product.

Apart from this, we check every single product delivered from our company, due to which the consumer will not complain about the damage product.

But still, if a consumer has to return his product for any reason, then he can return the product within 24 hours of receiving the order.

There are some conditions for returning the product which are as follows

  • if there will be defective product or any wrong size, color product from our side has been delivered to the consumer, then you can apply for Return and Refund
  • Before returning any product, it is mandatory for you to talk to our customer care executive and tell them the reason for the return, after which we can also assist you in returning the product.


What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy

Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 24 hours of the order delivery. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images at help@clothlelo.com or Whatsapp us at 9022633755and we will get back to you.

Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range. Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

To schedule an exchange/return please mail us at help@clothlelo.com with your order details. Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes. While exchanging the Products which are purchased, In case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded to original payment method.

Please Note : For sale product Rs.80/- will be charged for Return/replacement.

We do not accept returns on any product under Rs 250. For quality confirmation, first make a video call and then buy the product.

How do I self-ship the products

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

Cancellation Policy

in order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed,

we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:


  • You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at help@clothlelo.com or call at +91-9022633755 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if clothlelo team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made clothlelo will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
