Q. What is the cost of shipping?

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order? (Order dispatch time)

From the time of order is placed, it takes about 1-2 days for All Domestic orders. (Monday-Saturday)


Q. How long will it take for the order to reach me? (Order delivery time)

From the time of order is placed, it takes about 4-7 days for All Domestic orders. (Monday-Saturday)

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


Q. What is the order cutoff time for customer?

Order cutoff time: Everyday 1 PM (Monday-Saturday).

Q. What delivery methods do we use?      

We use leading courier companies such as Shadowfax, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon and Ecom Express for shipment in India.

Q. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at help@salemycloth.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Q. Will I get a refund/Compensation if my order is late?

The product will be delivered according to the delivery timeframe specified during the checkout process and we are strictly adhering to the same schedule. If there is a delay due to severe weather, Govt Restrictions or any courier delay for any reason we will not be able to help in any refund/compensation but will try our best to deliver the product on-time. However, if you have any problems receiving your order, please contact us so that we can rectify the situation immediately.

Yes you can track any domestic order, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.
